Bridge Day Raises $3,355

Some of the busy crowd - games are a serious business!

A very successful Bridge/Games Day recently raised $3,355 for equipment for the Women’s and Babies’ Division.

Twenty tables of Bridge, Canasta, and Mahjong players filled the delightful venue of Tranmere Bowling and Tennis Club Rooms.
A delicious homemade Morning Tea was followed by a sandwich lunch and sweeties for ‘afters’, all served by the very willing members of the Queen Victoria Auxiliary committee, who worked tirelessly throughout the day to give everyone a wonderful time.
Many thanks to Angove Family Wines who donated wines and Metropolitan Fruiterers, North Adelaide who donated delicious strawberries.

Thank you to everyone for their continued support and we look forward to another great Bridge /Games Day next year.
