Rainbows Shop and Vic’s Coffee Shop are located in the main foyers of the Women’s & Children’s Hospital and provide an efficient, cost effective and convenient retail service selling gifts, magazines, flowers, drinks, light food, snacks and personal care items.

 

Rainbows Shop

If you are visiting someone in the hospital and are looking for the unique gift or something to eat, or even the best coffee in Adelaide call in and say hi to our amazing volunteers. Rainbows sells a variety of food and drinks including sandwiches, snack foods and barista coffee. It also sells flowers, Metrocards, gifts, magazines and toys.

The shop is located in the Kermode Foyer of the Clarence Reiger Building WCH.

Vic’s Coffee Shop

Vic’s sells a variety of food and drinks including sandwiches, snacks and barista coffees. It also sells flowers, gifts, magazines, toiletries and baby items. Pre-made and custom gift baskets now available in store and via phone order. We also offer delivery services within the WCH.

The shop is located on the ground floor of the Queen Victoria Building (Zone F) WCH off Sir Edwin Smith Avenue.

Shops Auxiliary Volunteers

Volunteer today.

The Shops Auxiliary provides an essential service to The Women’s and Children’s Hospital (WCH) staff, patients and families and through their work raise approximately $400,000 each year.

Over 120 volunteers give their time, talent and creativity to contribute approximately 28,000 hours of service each year. The average shift is for four hours and all volunteers undertake a specific training program to ensure they have the skills required.
