Port Adelaide Auxiliary hosts their annual High Tea and Fashion Parade

The Friends Port Adelaide Auxiliary Division recently hosted 360 guests at the Stamford Grand for their Annual High Tea and Fashion Parade held on the 29th October. It was a huge success with the group raising $11,040 on the day!

Everyone was welcomed by a glass of bubbles on arrival and delicious High tea. A big thank you to Margaret Heaven from Fashions from Heaven who supplied the stunning clothes for the parade and has been supporting this event for 23 years and to Belinda Curyer for donating and auctioning a 4-night stay at their Beach House at Port Elliott. Also, a special mention to Elspeth Hussey news reporter and presenter for 7NEWS for her wonderful ongoing support.

The day consisted of amazing raffles prizes donated from many business’s in the area, and also from friends and Auxiliary members.

It was an amazing effort made by all, and a huge thank you to all in the western area for their donations and all the Auxiliary ladies for their help on day.

Friends are always welcoming new members to join any Auxiliary group throughout the state. If this sounds like something you would like to be apart of, click the page to find out more.
