Pt Adelaide Auxiliary Group exceed Fundraised Annual total

The Friends of the WCH Inc., Port Adelaide Auxiliary held their Annual Luncheon at the Semaphore Palais on the 22nd June 2022. Attendance was high with 190 supporters enjoying the afternoon and delicious lunch served by staff.

Greg Howard AFSM, Commander – Special Operations SA Metropolitan Fire Service gave an interesting presentation on the role of a firefighter including the hazards and risks involved.

Sonia, Coordinator Friends thanked Greg and presented him with an assortment of Charlesworth goodies.

The day was extremely successful with the Auxiliary exceeding their previous fundraised amount raising the wonderful total of $5,192.00!

The Port Adelaide Auxiliary group established in 1958 have fundraised the amazing amount of $509,830.00 to the WCHN.

A big thank you to our wonderful members for their dedication as they continue to fundraise for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital. If you would like to be part of a dynamic Auxiliary group, you are welcome to join any Auxiliary group throughout the state.
