Greenock Auxiliary Division hosting another successful High Tea

As the 2022 year was drawing near, the Greenock Auxiliary Division held an afternoon High Tea for the Friends of Women's and Children's Hospital, on November 20th at the Truro Oval Complex Hall and raised $3,746!

The day consisted of delicious food and different types of teas, fun and great company. They had two guest speakers, both mums - Lisa Werner and Sarah Schiller who shared their own children’s journeys with the WCHN.

There were raffles, lucky number spots, cards and a silent auction. Guests were also invited to take their cup/saucer/plates home in memory of the event.

Thanks to the generosity of the general public, the division were able to provide fantastic prizes, and received some generous cash donations.

The Greenock members did a great job as the day was a complete success, as they even gained some new members! Everyone went home happy.

Friends are always welcoming new members to join any Auxiliary group throughout the state. If this sounds like something you would like to be apart of, click the page to find out more.
