The Maitland/Arthurton Auxiliary Division hosted a pop up market raising $10,000!

The Maitland/Arthurton Auxiliary Division hosted the annual Arthurton Pop Up Markets on Sunday 6th November at the Arthurton Sports Complex and it was a huge success. With over 100 market stalls, food/coffee vans, local distilleries, live music and children’s entertainment, they estimated over 2000 people came to support the event throughout the day and raised just over $10,000!

It was a beautiful, warm sunny day for the event and they were lucky enough to have 2 drones fly over to capture photographs, as well as many market-goers and stallholders sharing the event on social media.

An enormous thanks goes to everyone involved in the auxiliary, and the friends and family who are roped in each year to help set up, pack up & look after their children. Another thank you to the stallholders who attend the event as they were professional, clean and very generous with the goods donated toward the raffles.

’’To the community who supported our event – A BIG thank you for your generous donations at the gate, purchasing raffle tickets & shopping with our stallholders so we can continue with this incredible event.’’

Friends are always welcoming new members to join any Auxiliary group throughout the state. If this sounds like something you would like to be apart of, click the page to find out more.
